   The recipient enters their code at private-game.app/redeem and the Full Game unlocks on their own account — every tier, every pack, for life.

How long does my gift stay valid?

Two years from the day it's delivered to the recipient — plenty of time even if you schedule it months ahead.

Can I choose when it arrives?

Yes. Pick any date up to a year ahead and we'll email it then, or send it immediately if you'd rather give it right away.

What if I want to print it instead of emailing it?

Leave the recipient's email empty and you'll get a printable voucher and PDF to give in person — ready for a card or an envelope.

Can I get a refund?

No — gift codes are delivered immediately once you buy, so purchases can't be refunded. Double-check the recipient's email and delivery date before confirming.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Private Game is for adults, so the recipient needs to confirm they are 18 or older when they redeem the code.
