Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Private Game. By accessing or using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
The service
Private Game is a browser-based / PWA intimate card game for couples, provided by NV-IT, Belgium (VAT BE 1012.827.973).
Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Authentication is provided via Firebase.
Purchases
Paid unlocks are one-time purchases (there is no subscription) processed by RevenueCat. The price and what each purchase unlocks are shown before payment. Purchases unlock digital content immediately: by completing a purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that content. To request a refund, contact us by email at [email protected]; we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer law. Coupons may grant access at our discretion.
Acceptable use & consent
The content is intended for consenting adults in an intimate relationship. Everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory — every card can be skipped, softened or swapped at any time. You and your partner choose what to do.
